 Reporting to:

Community & Events Officer


  • Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare
  • Sussex based locations as required

 Days or Hours Required:


  • Weekdays and weekend shifts available

Description of duties:

  • Delivering and collecting Raystede collection boxes throughout Sussex
  • Assisting with event promotion
  • Bucket collections
  • Talks and tours both onsite and at external events

Skills and Experience you will need:

  • Polite and engaging manner and able to talk to visitors confidently
  • Computer literate
  • Happy working outside occasionally
  • Confident to work alone and in small teams
  • This is a physical role involving some lifting and carrying of display items
  • Own transport to get to and from Raystede

How you will make a difference:

You will help Raystede to raise vital funds to care for our animals and also raise awareness of our work in the community.
