Kitten Crisis

Kitten Crisis – update

Thank you to everyone who has donated so far to our kitten crisis appeal. The funds being raised will help ensure that these innocent kittens (some of which I have pictured with this update), with us through no fault of their own will receive all the love and care they need here at Raystede, until we find them their forever homes.

Since I last wrote, we have had more kittens brought to us, including three that had been callously thrown away and were found by a member of the public in one of the recycling bins at Tesco in Lewes. Thank goodness someone heard their cries!

If you haven’t yet had the chance to make a donation, you can do so here http://www.raystede.org/kitten-crisis/

I’ll write a further update about how the kittens are doing in the autumn and winter edition of The Raystede magazine, which Friends of Raystede and donors will receive at the beginning of October.

Thank you again for all the help you give!

Your partner in animal welfare,

Jane Moore,
Head of Cattery
