New Home For Abandoned Cats.

Monday 14 November

EbonyScarlet

Two cats, found dumped in a box down a country lane in Buxted are looking forward to starting their new life. Ebony and Scarlet were brought to Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare in Ringmer, East Sussex on 14th November 2011. Both girls are thought to be around a year old and arrived in good health. The pair have been very lucky and have already got a new home waiting for them.

Head of Cattery, Jane Moore said, “Ebony and Scarlet’s story could have ended very differently had they not been found and brought to us at Raystede. As always, we would encourage anyone who is struggling to keep their cat to call a rescue centre like Raystede and make suitable arrangements and not just throw their animal out on the streets.” Raystede’s Cattery remains full with a waiting list of 70 cats needing our help, but staff will always try to help where they can and offer advice.

Anyone interested in rehoming an animal or in making a donation should call 01825 840252 or text KITS11 £1 to 70070
