Raystede Rabbit Day at Raystede

Sunday 29 June from 10am to 4pm

Love rabbits as much as we do? If you are a rabbit owner or ever thought of adding these inquisitive creatures to your family, join us for our Raystede Rabbit Day. Find out what it takes to be a great rabbit owner and about the joy that happy bunnies can bring. Discover how to give them the care and attention they deserve and why adopting rescue rabbits is best.

This event coincides with the wider national Rabbit Awareness Week, organised by The Rabbit Awareness Action Group (RAAG), the trusted voice for rabbit welfare, who for the past 17 years have campaigned effectively through Rabbit Awareness Week to improve the lives of pet rabbits.

On the day, speak to one of our experts to find out what is involved in adopting rabbits from Raystede, which rabbits are looking for their forever home and ask any questions you might have.

Visitor testimonials from last year's Raystede Rabbit Day

‘I thought it was so brilliantly done, and a key bit of information as we have been given the wrong advice on caring for small animals for SO LONG! It didn’t come across preachy or anything, just gentle easy tips that are so helpful! Thank you for all the good that you do.’

'We learnt about how long they (rabbits) live, how much space they need, healthy foods for them.’
