Entry is FREE but it is essential to book a ticket. Visitor numbers are limited for the welfare of our nervous rescue animals and to provide a better visitor experience.

The Sanctuary area and dog walk around the lakes are currently closed until the Autumn due to the Project Terrapin construction work.

The Aviaries close at 2pm every day for the welfare of our birds.

Every first Saturday of the month at Raystede’s Charity Shop in Lewes town centre, 3 Eastgate Wharf, Lewes, BN7 2LP

Family Learning Days

Every Wednesday and Thursday during half term (10am-4pm).

Collect an activity pack and follow the trail around Raystede. Work together as a family to discover more about animals and how we care for them.
