Parts of the sanctuary, lakes area and aviaries will be closed to the public until further notice
The Government introduced an Avian Influenza Prevention Zone (AIPZ) across the whole UK at 5pm on Wednesday 3 November. We do NOT have this virus at Raystede but we are required to put in place a range of measures to protect our birds. We are still open and welcome visitors to the rest of the site – please book your ticket. Our animal rehoming services remain unaffected and will continue as normal; our bird rehoming service will be limited

Pet advice in the community!

Look out for our Education Team in Hastings on 25th and 30th November.

25 November - Hastings Town Centre (next to the market stalls) from 10am - 2pm

30 November - Alexandra Park, Hastings (next to the bandstand) from 10am - 3pm

Look out for our Education Team in Hastings on these dates. They will be in a bright blue gazebo giving out pet advice. If you have any questions or concerns about your beloved pet, or just want to come and say hello, we would love to see you.
