Parts of the sanctuary, lakes area and aviaries will be closed to the public until further notice
The Government introduced an Avian Influenza Prevention Zone (AIPZ) across the whole UK at 5pm on Wednesday 3 November. No Raystede birds are affected by this virus but we are required to put in place a range of measures to protect our birds. We are still open and welcome visitors to the rest of the site – please book your ticket. Our animal rehoming services remain unaffected and will continue as normal; our bird rehoming service will be limited

Just One For The Road blog about their experience of visiting Raystede!

Find out what they discovered!
