Company Name, address, telephone number, mobile number, email address and dietary requirements.
For children's parties we collect your name and your child's name.
How we use your data
To correspond about your room booking. We may use your data to better understand how room hires use other Raystede services so we can improve our delivery. We may contact you in the future to help us with surveys to improve our charity and service.
How long we keep your data for and the reasons for this
We will retain your details for seven years as there has been a financial transaction between us and we are bound to keep this information for that time.
