Due to the current Avian Influenza Prevention Zone, our Aviaries and fowl areas remain closed to the public. Good news - the terrapin sanctuary and dog walk have now reopened. We do NOT have this virus at Raystede. We are still very much open and welcome visitors to the rest of the site.

The new Raystede charity shop in Hove is now open!

We’re thrilled our new shop in Hove is now open and pleased to welcome both animal lovers and bargain hunters alike!

The shop is bursting with pre-loved goods and stocks womenswear, menswear and children’s wear, accessories, homeware, toys, books, bric-a-brac and much more. All proceeds go towards helping animals in need at Raystede.
