Join #TeamRaystede at The Brighton Half Marathon and help injured and unwanted animals in need in February 2025 (exact date TBC)!

It's one of the first major half marathons in the running calendar and is now one of the most popular races in the UK. This run features a stunning seafront course in one of the country's most vibrant cities. From Brighton Pier to the Royal Pavilion, the impressive course takes in Brighton's key landmarks.

We have a limited number of charity spaces in the Brighton Half Marathon. To join Team Raystede, it's £25 to register and all we ask is that you endeavour to raise a suggested minimum of £200 for the animals at Raystede.

Why take part?

  • The opportunity to run an iconic course finishing along the glorious Brighton seafront at Maderia Drive
  • Fundraising tips and tricks to smash your targets
  • A Raystede running top - you can proudly show off you're part of #TeamRaystede
  • Lots of support and whoops from our cheer squad en-route
  • You'll be doing something amazing for the animals!

If you have your own place in the half marathon there's no fundraising target and we appreciate anything you can raise for us. We will send you out a welcome pack and Raystede t-shirt.

If you're not a runner but would like to support Team Raystede, then why not join our cheer squad and help by volunteering on the day? Perhaps you have friends or family running in the race or would like to help motivate our runners who are raising vital funds for the animals.

Whatever your reason, let us know that you're up for joining the cheer squad by emailing fundraising@raystede.org or by phoning us on 01825 840747. We will give you your very own Raystede T-shirt to wear and supply you with refreshments to keep you well fuelled so you're able to make lots of noise for the runners.
