A young lurcher that loves to learn!
Ruby is 3 years old and she's a lurcher that loves learning! After nearly 2 years in Raystede’s Kennels, we are delighted to share that Ruby has been spending recent weeks in a wonderful foster home.
You will see in the video that Ruby is doing really well and is completely overjoyed to be in a cosy home. She has plenty of snoozing spots and has been enjoying walks in quiet areas, plus zoomies in her very own garden!
Ruby's frustration has massively reduced as she was allowed time to rest, decompress and destress. Therefore, she has started mixing with dogs out on walks and has also allowed a dog into her home to play with!
She has been learning to keep all fours on the ground and has been socialising with people without jumping up. It's clear to see that Ruby's contact needs are met by being on the sofa with her people!
We are so grateful to her lovely foster family for helping to make Ruby’s dreams of snoozing on a comfy sofa come true for a while.
