Please Note!

Due to the current Avian Influenza Prevention Zone, our Aviaries and fowl areas remain closed to the public. Good news - the terrapin sanctuary and dog walk have now reopened. We do NOT have this virus at Raystede. We are still very much open and welcome visitors to the rest of the site.

Join #TeamRaystede and run the 2026 Brighton Half Marathon to help injured and unwanted animals in need.

Known as the "happiest half marathon", you'll run past Brighton Palace Pier, Hove's colourful beach huts, and the iconic Royal Pavilion.

One of the first half marathons of the calendar year, this is not one to be missed and the perfect way to shake off the winter blues!

Join our team with one of our guaranteed charity places, or if you’ve already purchased your place in the event, sign up with your own place.

Please note, our charity entries for 2026 are now closed, but you can still run for Raystede with your own place. Or, register your interest for 2027, and be the first to find out when places become available for next year's event.
