Proki the Greyhound found his forever home!
Proki sadly found life in our Kennels quite overwhelming and spent 6 months searching for a home. However, Proki went to his forever home in July 2023 and he’s settling into family life very well!
His adopter gave us an update:
“Proki is my perfect dog. He is the gentlest soul, an utter gentleman and is virtually a celebrity in the village. He is the perfect companion and just has so much love. I love him even more every day and I’m so grateful to you for allowing him to be in my life. A massive thank you to Ellie and Raystede for taking such brilliant care of Proki and for making this happen.”
Sighthounds like Greyhounds and Lurchers are often overlooked due to misconceptions about their breed. Sighthounds generally are incredibly sweet, gentle and lazy dogs once they are settled in a loving home.
