Two new rabbit friendships blossomed - and four Raystede rabbits are thriving in one loving home!
After losing his rabbit companions, Armando's owner found it difficult to bond him with another rabbit.
Through Raystede's bonding service, he was introduced to Lenny, a shy boy who had come into our care lacking confidence. With support from our Small Animals Team, the pair quickly became friends.
Armando and Lenny (now Lorenzo) are now inseparable, grooming each other, exploring together and enjoying life in their indoor home. Lorenzo has really come out of his shell and now loves treats, fuss and waiting by the bedroom door each morning for breakfast!
During visits to the centre, their adopter also fell in love with our giant rabbits, Spikie and Duckie, and decided to welcome them home too. Now renamed Aurelie and Ottilie, they're enjoying a large outdoor setup with plenty of space to forage and explore. It's wonderful to see all four rabbits thriving in their new home.
