Hi, I'm Dot

About me

When my owner became ill and passed away, I came to Raystede. I am a miniature donkey, born in 1996. I am very sweet, gentle and inquisitive and love meeting visitors and having my ears scratched.  

I have bonded with Drew, one of the other donkeys. As both of us have similar issues - poor teeth and similar dietary needs - we are the best of friends. We enjoy gentle wanders around Raystede together with the Equine Team, and our favourite part of the day is the evening feed – complete with a ginger biscuit treat!

How to spot Dot

I have a light grey coat and a white nose and am always with Drew.
