We care for several ponies – usually around six to ten – within our equine herd at any one time.
Our Equine Team has a wealth of experience in managing different health conditions and providing the specialist care that is often required for new arrivals, like the special girls below who arrived at our care after their devoted owner became too ill to care for them.

Megan (16), Bella (20) and Anna (24) were understandably nervous and unsure at first, but they gradually adjusted and were given the space by our Equine Team to settle in at their own pace. A few well-timed treats didn't go amiss in building confidence!
Anna and Bella (mother and daughter) will be looking for a home together. They both have locking stifles - where the kneecap sticks locking the hindleg in extension – and will need ongoing treatment. All three will be available for adoption as part of our Equine Loan to Rehome scheme.
